Christmas Decors ( Max's-less?)

just last night before we went for the grocery we ate at Max's in SM..with my nephew Andrei..its been a few months since may last dining in this place..and to my amazement there were no Christmas decors..believe me just some poster on the wall ( the one above and the plate-mat I guess..) I am expecting some magnificent decors but to my surprise there was none..but thanks to their good food ( it never run out of time)..Andrei got the platters and I got Lomi ( I am wondering because Lomi has reached that national status because it is a Batangas cuisine). I also got a coco-pineapple..taste good ( good for my hypertension daw)..Oh I love the lomi with its seafood mix..I hope Max's will decorate some more this December or their establishment is yuletide-dead!

Make-Over

Wordpress really proves itself to be the best blogging platform as the competition between them and blogspot and tumblr is heating up once more..so I grab the opportunity to get some of the newest theme and applied them to my blogs..

Guilty

And I said I will lower my intake of carbohydrates..and yet last night at Flavors of China I ate some rice and this noodles..GUILTY!

I have promised not to take pictures or profiles of mine more often..and yet..anyways because of cellphone camera explosion you can take picture with you everytime and everywhere..the verdict? GUILTY!

I have promised not to make such stolen shots of the others..and unknowingly I am doing it over and over again..and again...GUILTY!

I have promised not to take much fats and oils..and yet wow such a delicious Patatim..GUILTY!

And the classic of all..in which most of us are GUILTY.. taking pictures of food before eating..unless we are hungry enough to eat first hahahaha!!

Christmas Time

And my nephews prepared some Christmas decors at home..( nakita sa kapitbahay ang gaganda na ng xmas lights and decors!)..So this week I will give them money to buy some more decors to fill up some vacant space and to have the xmas feelings since it is only 28 days to go if Im not mistaken before the Big Day!

Oh where's our Christmas tree? I will ask this night to my nephews..

Merry Christmas in advance everyone!

It Takes Courage

We always associated the word "courage" to those heroes of war. To those soldiers who fight the enemies and crushed them until they won the war.

However upon closer look we also have courage to live by everyday. Let me enumerate;

- it takes courage to wake up everyday and the reality that we will be seeing those people around us for God's sake we are tired of them..

- it takes courage to accept the changes when we are getting old..weakening body etc but sometimes I am wondering it takes much courage also for others to hide their aging skin ( others are so fucking OA and most of the time talk of the town in here - alam niyo na yun kung sino..ang arte so fucking arte, lalaki pa naman..TANGINA THIS!

- it takes courage to face everyday situation where the place are so full of UNFAIR people. I can feel it. Everyone can feel it. And those luckier ones take pride since they have the opportunity to show THEIR GREED. And they are doing everything to stay in the position. You know their names. Their fucking names..

- it takes courage to face the truth that we have to stay in our place since no opportunity somewhere else..it takes courage to accept people who are so GREEDY that they will block everything so that they will be the one who will grab such OPPORTUNITY. But anyways we can have such things with our saved money and never make SIPSIP and make everything just to get want they want..MORE TANGINA NILA!

- on the other hand it takes much courage to FOR SOME PEOPLE HERE to pretend that they are smiling..smiling and everything is OK but everyone knows that they are bullshitting with others and with their own FAMILY...it takes so much courage for people I know that this people has to confront everyone ( three persons that I know of) just to have DAMAGE CONTROL  working for them. This people have to make their face thicker ( KAPALAN ANG MUKA) just to threatened some people or else their wrongdoings will  reach to its IRREPARABLE STATUS. How pathetic this people are. How in the hell that they have their own sons and daughters and their partners working in far places just to have conveniences for them and here they are just smiling as if nothing is happening. NOTHING WRONG IS HAPPENING! HAHAHHAHA!..everyone knows everything about them..and then we are informed that they looked at others including us as NOTHING and such a cheap and low-class citizen but in reality they are rotten in HELL..pathetic indeed..if you know them well I don't know if you are wrong because it can happen to anyone and maybe you are right they are the one I am writing about or maybe you are wrong again that you do not know everything..

- it takes courage to see that we are being "sandwiched" sometimes in the misbehavior of others. ..well the very classic Tom and Jerry phenomenon here. Actually ang sarap nilang patayin if killing is legal..no explanations needed..

- this writing will continue to have an avenue for us being LEFT OUT..by those GREEDY FUCKING BASTARDS!

Please excuse my words..it has to be this way..

I Thought But It Is Untrue

And  I doing some photoblogs in here a while ago..all of a sudden I am running out of space. Google notified me. Or else I can post with no picture at all. I have used up the 1 GB free. Or I can buy some of the space in dollars. Oh no I guess all this time that Blogspot as unlimited storage. So I deleted some of my blogs ( not entries, but the entire different blogs of mine since they shared the 1 GB space with this one). I also deleted some of the photos in my Picasa album seen in my Google Plus.

And I have forgot Google is a business company. And I should pay if I want more.

So Wordpress comes to my mind. In every blogs you are assured of 3 GB of free space and you can have unlimited blogs with 3 GB each every time you put a new one ( with new URL of course)..So still WP rules the blogging sphere..

Though I love blogspot also because of its easy to use features.

Altar Boys

And last Sunday my two nephews ( Andrei and Limuel) had their Investiture and officially they became the altar knights for Saint Mary Eufrasia Parish..

The Search For Eng Bee Tin

And since we are in Manila last Saturday, we went to Quaipo to look and buy for that Eng Bee Tin Hopia that the sister of Kuya Arc is requesting to be send to US..supposedly it should be on Inay's flight but we don't have the hopia that time but luckily a family friend will go to US this week and we will request to include that hopia together with some other request by Inay and ate Michele..

I though that hopia is generic that every stall in Quiapo will have. But unfortunately we have to go to Ongpin in Binondo, a few minutes away from Quiapo. We also bought some ham from Excellente for Ate Arlyn..

And at last we have found the bakery shop..the hopia is much expensive than the usual but taste much better..

Revisiting The National Museum

Last Saturday we went to the National Museum ( with my pamangkin Erickson)..there are added attractions ( those being renovated galleries the last time we visited early this year)..
And I was totally amazed every time I have seen this museum..A national treasure indeed!

Thank You!

And I would like to thank my sister ( Ater Arlyn ) and brother ( Kuya Henry) for accompanying me on my commencement exercise last Friday despite their busy schedule..Inay cannot go with me since she is in the US now..

And personally I would like to thank all my professors in my MBA education; Judge Ricablanca, Dean Mission, Dr Nap, Dean Calingasan, Dr Ecalnir, Sir Jigs, Sir Bucayan, Sir Alex Ramos, Dr Cabrera, Sir Cuasay, Ma'am Guda, Miss Dada, and others..

I would like to thank also my classmates; Wilson, Manolo, May, Alona, Marisse, Cindy, Myra, Myles, Mylene, Don, Marlon, Janus, Edison, and others who escaped my memory hehehe..

I will miss the friendships..the bonding..the stories..the love..I will miss all of it every Saturday!
