And a couple of nights ago I have noticed that the gasoline station near our house has been opened for business. Signs of progress. And of course crimes and population will go along with it. So the question now is are we prepared to accommodate those scenario in lieu of the progress at hand? I guess our government is not ready. They will never be ready.
